Hillman Expands Global Supply Chain Capabilities in Asia
CINCINNATI June 16, 2016 - The Hillman Companies, Inc. (NYSE-AMEX: HLM.PR) and The Hillman Group, Inc. (collectively, “Hillman”) announced today that it has entered into a supply chain alliance with Test Rite International Co., Ltd. (TWSE: 2908) (“Test Rite”) to expand Hillman’s supply chain capabilities in Asia.
Hillman recently announced plans to expand its global operational capabilities and footprint. Expanding its team of Asia based sourcing, supply chain, and quality resources is a key element of that plan. Hillman has chosen to align with Test Rite to establish this new expanded supply chain team in Asia. The team will be fully dedicated to supporting the Hillman business and will operate under the name of “Hillman Test Rite Team” or “HTT”.
