HayssenSandiacre Announces Organizational Changes in Europe Following Acquisition of Sandiacre Rose Forgrove

NOTTINGHAM, England - Feb. 6: Following the successful completion of the acquisition of Sandiacre Rose Forgrove by Hayssen Packaging Technologies, Inc., which began in November 2006, Simon Lagoe, Managing Director of the European operations for the newly formed HayssenSandiacre, has announced the following changes to the company's business organization and leadership responsibilities.

Rose Forgrove

"Both HayssenSandiacre and its parent organization, Barry-Wehmiller
Companies, Inc., believe that Rose Forgrove has a strong brand name, long rich history and great opportunity to develop its full potential," Lagoe stated. In order to achieve this, HayssenSandiacre has created a separate Product Business Unit (PBU) for Rose Forgrove, which took effect on January 1.

This new business unit is led by Mike LaPare as Director-Rose Forgrove. LaPare is
responsible for all of the key aspects of the Rose Forgrove business, including sales, mechanical engineering, mechanical and electrical assembly, and service. All team members who work in these areas, including the U.K. sales force, report directly to LaPare. In addition, other parts of the business will provide support for Rose Forgrove, while remaining in their current reporting structures, including U.S. sales,
electrical and software design, sourcing, and parts manufacture.

HayssenSandiacre is also working to enhance the leadership of its aftermarket business. As of January 1, Dave Clark, who previously served as Managing Director of Hayssen Europe in Thetford, England, has taken responsibility for all of the
HayssenSandiacre aftermarket business, which includes both the Thetford and Nottingham operations. Clark has been promoted to the position of Aftermarket Director-HayssenSandiacre Europe.

"In this new role, Dave is responsible for a vital part of the
HayssenSandiacre Europe business, with a key focus on continual
improvement in customer service and in growing this business opportunity, particularly in the area of 'pre-owned' machines (POC), where we have an excellent facility and strong skill base in Thetford," Lagoe said. Elaine Martin, as Customer Service Director, reports to Clark.
