Harris Receives ISO 9001:2008 Quality System Certification
March 1, 2011 Tyrone, GA - Harris Waste Management Group, Inc. has implemented and maintains a Quality Management System for Locations in Cordele, GA; Baxley, GA; and a remote location in Tyrone, GA. This scope entails the design and manufacturing of scrap recycling material equipment; including sales and engineering.
Harris has met a milestone achievement in becoming certified by ISO 9001:2008 Management System. The certification of compliance with ISO 9001:2008 recognizes that the policies, practices, and procedures of Harris ensure consistent quality in the products and services Harris provides to their customers. The certification applies to the management system for the design, development, manufacture, delivery, installation, warranty support, and aftermarket parts and service for the wide range of materials reduction equipment manufactured by Harris.
