Hamilton Sundstrand to Acquire France-based Dosatron International


WINDSOR LOCKS, Conn., Feb. 20: Hamilton Sundstrand, a subsidiary of United Technologies Corp. (NYSE:UTX), signed an agreement to acquire Dosatron International, a leading designer and manufacturer of specialized dosing/metering pumps. Dosatron is a privately held company, and terms of the deal were not disclosed. The transaction is subject to regulatory approval.

Dosatron, based in Tresses, France, supplies advanced water-powered dosing pump systems and accessories for customers in agricultural, irrigation and industrial business segments. It will become part of Milton Roy, one of Hamilton Sundstrand's three Industrial companies.

The Industrial division of Hamilton Sundstrand includes the Milton Roy, Sundyne and Sullair business units.
