Hamilton Named Director of Engineering


Syracuse, NY¬ - October 27, 2005: John Hamilton, a Fayetteville resident, was named Director of Engineering for the Intelligent Sensor Solutions Business Unit of INFICON, focusing on the semiconductor industry and the environmental health and security markets. Most recently, he was Director of Engineering for the company's environmental health and security products. Mr. Hamilton has been with INFICON since 1994 and has held positions as mechanical engineer, manufacturing manager, and mechanical engineering manager.

Mr. Hamilton holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
