Greenlee Names Kness, Sisco and Shulha to Vice President Positions


ROCKFORD, Ill. January, 2006 -Scott Hall, President of Greenlee, a Textron Company, recently announced the promotion of Martha Kness, Matt Sisco and Bill Shulha to key vice president positions on his staff.

Kness has been promoted to Vice President Marketing. Prior to joining Greenlee in 2003 as Director of Marketing, Kness spent twelve years with Newell Rubbermaid holding manager level positions in product planning, product management, product development and merchandising. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Illinois State University and completed the Textron program - Developing Leadership Excellence (2004).

Sisco has been promoted to Vice President Specialty Channels. Prior to joining Greenlee in 2000 as Director Retail Sales, Sisco was employed in a variety of progressively more responsible sales leadership roles with Delta Consolidated Industries, Danaher Tool Group and Elco Consumer Products Corp. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Tulsa and completed the Textron programs - Developing Leadership Excellence (2003) and the Executive Leadership Program at Thunderbird University (2005).

Shulha, currently Vice President North American Sales, will now join Hall's staff. Shulha will oversee the Wholesale National Account Managers for Electrical, Tool House and Catalog, and the North American Distribution Regional Management team. Shulha has over ten years of sales and marketing leadership experience at Greenlee with eight years in an executive capacity. He joined Greenlee in 1995 as Central Division Sales Manager. Shulha has previous experience in the oil, chemical and tool industries, serving in sales leadership capacities with Union Oil, Nalco Chemical and Danaher. Shulha earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Purdue University.
