Global Vacuum, Inc. Acquires Plasti-Vac, Inc., Adopts Name Change

CHARLOTTE, N.C., June 5, 2006 -- Global Vacuum, Inc. today
announced that it has acquired all of the assets of
Charlotte, N.C.-based Plasti-Vac, Inc. (PVI) and changed its
name to PlastiVac, Inc.

PVI manufactures vacuum-forming and thermoforming equipment
that is used to mold thousands of different products,
including spas, point-of-purchase displays and automotive
parts just to name a few.

All of PVI's employees have decided to continue working
under the company's new management team, according to Martin
Eichenberger, CEO of PVI. The newly formed PVI will continue
to serve the company's existing client base. The company has
a considerable backlog of machine orders on the books and
plans to build a worldwide network of manufacturer's
representatives to help market and sell PVI's product line.

"I am expecting a seamless transition, as customer
relationships are among the most important assets we
acquired in this business, and we are going to do everything
we can to make sure that customers are well-served," said
Martin Eichenberger, PlastiVac, Inc.'s CEO and chairman of
the board. "We are absolutely delighted to have acquired
PlastiVac. PlastiVac is a premier machine provider that is
well-positioned in the world's vacuum and thermoforming
market. Global Vacuum, Inc. served as the vehicle to
purchase PVI's excellent assets and know-how."

PVI's former owner, Miriam Diamond, endorsed the company's
new management team and its ability to take PVI to a "new
level" of success, Eichenberger said.

Chuck Butcher, PVI's COO/partner, and Eichenberger have over
40 years of combined experience in factory
automation/assembly automation.

"We believe our expertise will greatly benefit PVI's
customers in allowing them to purchase turnkey production
lines around the vacuum and thermoforming core,"
Eichenberger said.
