FLORHAM PARK, N.J., Dec. 20 - Global Crossing (NASDAQ:GLBC), a leading global IP solutions provider, today announced that CEO John Legere and CFO Jean Mandeville will participate in Citigroup's 18th Annual Global Entertainment, Media & Telecommunications (EMT) Conference.
