Genesis Worldwide II, Inc. Completes the Sale of GFG to Mitsubishi - Hitachi Metals Machinery, Inc.


Callery, PA - November 15, 2005: - Genesis Worldwide II, Inc.
("Genesis II"), announced today that it has completed the sale of
its GFG subsidiary to Mitsubishi-Hitachi Metals Machinery, a joint
venture of Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Ltd. and Hitachi, Ltd.
GFG is the world's leading designer and manufacturer of roll
coating equipment and lines, and electrostatic oilers (under the
Peabody name). Its offices, design and manufacturing facilities
are located in Sussex, Wisconsin.

In announcing the sale, Walter Stasik, CEO and President of
Genesis II, went on to say that "Over the past 4 years, Alan
Roehrig, President of GFG, and his team have done a tremendous job
growing GFG by expanding its international sales and developing
new products for the market place. Mitsubishi-Hitachi Metals
