Gehl Equipment Shows Off Strength in the Streets at 39th Annual Toyota Grand Prix of Long Beach


Gehl telescopic handlers help assemble the historical race circuit at the Toyota Grand Prix of Long Beach, California and provide support during race weekend.



WEST BEND, WISCONSIN – Manitou Americas, Inc., based in West Bend, WI, a world leader in designing and manufacturing compact equipment under the Gehl, Manitou and Mustang brands for construction and agricultural markets, will be the "Official Construction Equipment" sponsor for the 21th straight year at the April 19-21, 2013 Toyota Grand Prix of Long Beach, California.



Grand Prix race course construction crews will use Gehl equipment to help move and position the 1,800 concrete dividers necessary to build the 1.97-mile street circuit. During race weekend, Gehl equipment will be involved in removing any crashed or disabled cars from the race circuit.
