Fusion UV Restructures Distribution in UK

Gaithersburg, MD, December 17, 2007 - Fusion UV Systems, Inc. today announced that it had restructured its distribution operations in the United Kingdom. Fusion will transfer the sales and service of Fusion customers in the Benelux countries and the UK/Eire from Fusion UK to an independent distributor UVio Ltd., founded by Scott FitzGerald, who was formerly with Fusion UV Systems, Inc. UVio will retain some of the Fusion employees, ensuring continuation of full service and engineering capabilities. In addition, Fusion will maintain its engineering services and application support functions both in the UK and in Munich, Germany.
According to David Harbourne, President of Fusion UV Systems, Inc., "This was the right move at the right time for Fusion to take in the UK. We have restructured the distribution operations in a way that will appear seamless to our customers and prospects and no disruption to services in the areas affected is expected.
