FRANTZ Launches Multiple International Web Pages
FRANTZ Manufacturing Company, the respected name in Made in USA rolling components for the material handling industry, as well as supplying material movement solutions across many manufacturing applications, has expanded their website to include ten new web pages to support European customers.
The web pages focus on metric wheels, bearings and ball transfers commonly used in Europe. The web pages and countries supported include Denmark, France, Germany, Great Britain, Hungary, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Spain and Sweden.
All FRANTZ products are compliant to the Restriction of Hazardous Substances or RoHS. Also known as Directive 2002/95/EC, RoHS originated in the European Union and restricts the use of specific hazardous materials. The substances banned under RoHS are lead (Pb), mercury (Hg), cadmium (Cd), hexavalent chromium (CrVI), polybrominated biphenyls (PBB) and polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDE).
These restricted materials are hazardous to the environment and pollute landfills, and are dangerous in terms of occupational exposure during manufacturing and recycling.
Wheel highlights found at the web pages include Tortoise Shell®, providing heavy duty load rating along with impact resistance.
Bearing highlights include GenII® semi-precision products for both 50mm and 60mm rollers with an integrated static discharge feature for use in powered conveyers. The GenII® bearings utilize a special quality core bearing and IronGrip carbon steel housing that provides the performance of a machined semi-precision bearing at a far lower cost.
Additionally, the FRANTZ EZ Glider™ Ball Transfers provide an individual ball load rating of up to 68 kg.
