Framed or Frameless Cleanroom Windows
Fullerton, CA – BioSafe® Cleanroom Windows, manufactured by Terra Universal, are designed as framed or frameless, offering the cleanest solutions to strict cleanliness requirements. Both window types are installed flush against the clean side of the wall, reducing surface area where particles accumulate. The designs are meant for fast installation in a variety of wall materials and thicknesses, including modular rooms and standard drywall.
Windows may also be fabricated as flush on both sides, for multi-room cleanrooms that have ISO ratings on both sides. Frames are made of 304 stainless steel, with no visible connectors to make cleaning difficult. Frameless windows have stainless steel liners for wall cut-outs, but the window pane is applied to an interior surface of the wall. The edges are powder-coated for an attractive "frame" (powder coating applied on the pane interior, so will not flake or wear).
Depending on application and facility requirements, BioSafe windows can be ordered in tempered glass, UL fire-rated glass, static-dissipative PVC, polycarbonate or acrylic. Order standard sizes, or provide Terra with custom dimensions.
