Fomo Products, Inc. Purchases New Building as Expansion Site

NORTON, OHIO - October, 2006 - Fomo Products, Inc. recently closed on its purchase of the 46,000 square foot, 4.52 acre property.

Due to extraordinary sustained growth, Fomo Products, Inc. is in need of this facility for use as an expansion site for its current operations in the city of Norton. The company is investing a substantial amount of improvements into the property to adapt it to its warehouse and distribution needs. The facility will house Fomo's two-component refill systems line. The purchase of this property will help Fomo Products, Inc. maintain its efficiency while meeting and exceeding its customers growing needs.

The sale of this facility is an ongoing revitalization of the Romig Rd. corridor, which has gained increased momentum with the recent sale of Rolling Acres Mall and the city of Akron's effort to redevelop the area. The city of Akron was instrumental in assisting Fomo Products, Inc. in adapting the zoning of the site for the best use of the facility and the surrounding acreage. Fomo Products, Inc. is very excited to be a part of this revitalization and looks forward to a future filled with success.
