Fluid Components International Named 2007 Exporter of the Year

San Marcos, CA -November 15, 2007-The San Diego World Trade Center Association has named Fluid Components International their 2007 Exporter of the Year. The Exporter of the Year Award is presented to the company that has demonstrated the most significant growth in international markets and overcome major challenges to achieve that growth. In order to attain its aggressive international growth targets, FCI implemented new processes to meet the 7/24 demand for technical information and customer support from overseas customers and distributors. Additionally, to increase demand for its flow instrumentation solutions, FCI delivered in-depth training programs to educate overseas markets about how to solve manufacturing problems with its advanced flow measurement technologies. To better serve customers and distributors in key world regions, the company invested in both a sales and a service center in Beijing and a Saudi Arabia service center. FCI also ramped up its overseas product delivery systems and improved on-time deliveries outside the U.S.
