Flow Dry Technology Promotes Jonathan Besserman to Quality Assurance Manager
BROOKVILLE, OHIO Nov 8: Flow Dry Technology, Inc., a leading manufacturer of gaskets and desiccant bags, recently announced the promotion of Jonathan Besserman to Quality Assurance Manager.
Since starting with Flow Dry Technology, Inc. in 2002 as a Process Engineer and then in 2004 assuming the Product Launch Manager roll, Jon has continued to excel at helping our company to be successful. Jon has been a real team player, and displayed initiative to recognize where improvements in products and process can be achieved. "This promotion is in recognition of Jon's past efforts and because he is the best candidate for the position", said Mr. LeConey, President of Flow Dry Technology, Inc. "We are confident that Jon will use his skills to strengthen one of the most important areas of our business."
As Quality Assurance Manager, Jon will work closely with Engineering, Production and Customer Service to resolve any customer driven or internal quality related issues in a timely manner. He will be responsible for keeping track of the customer's requirements from the AQP (Advanced Quality Planning) stage through the PPAP (Product Part Approval Process) stage. Jon will also be responsible for keeping the TS/ISO16949:2002 quality certification up to date and making improvements in our quality system.
Jon resides in Tipp City with his wife Michelle. They have two grown children, both recent college graduates.
