FleetPride Acquires Cimarron Truck Parts and Oklahoma Truck Supply
THE WOODLANDS, Texas, April 11, 2011 - FleetPride, Inc., the nation's largest independent aftermarket distributor of heavy-duty truck and trailer parts, announced that it acquired the assets of Cimarron Truck Parts in Cushing, Oklahoma on April 1, 2011, and Oklahoma Truck Supply in Muskogee, Oklahoma, today. Both companies were previously owned by East Tulsa Truck Parts and Equipment, Inc. The new FleetPride Cushing branch is located at 1718 E. Main Street and the Muskogee branch is located at 2433 North 32nd Street. With these acquisitions, FleetPride now owns and operates six locations in Oklahoma.
