EZ-UP Internal-Frame Cleanroom
Fullerton, CA –Terra's EZ-UP Cleanroom® Internal-Frame modular enclosure with HEPA fan/filter units is ISO-7 compliant; ULPA filters also available. The cleanroom system uses unique softwall vinyl panels that zipper together and fit over a steel frame. Assembled more quickly than traditional modular rooms, EZ-UP is easy to relocate (with optional heavy-duty casters) or enlarge.
Tasks that require dust-free operations, such as assembly, packaging, QC processes, or even protecting sensitive equipment, are ideal for this affordable room. The zippered panels will hold either positive or negative pressure. Vinyl panels, available in 40-mil or lighter 20-mil thicknesses, are anti-static and flame-resistant.
Entrances into the zippered room may be a standard swing door, zippered vinyl panel or strip-shields that are easily parted, hands-free. Lighting may be added as needed to illuminate specific applications. Included with each EZ-UP cleanroom are the frame and vinyl panels. The sturdy powder-coated steel frame consists of two-inch square rods.
