Expansion Joints Manufactured for UOP Process

- Supply of Metal, Fabric and Rubber Expansion Joints to Mexican Government Oil Company
KE-Burgmann EJS recently shipped several metal expansion joints for a Mexican Government Oil Company. The project included 30" diameter universal and gimbal expansion joints with piping sections for installation in a regeneration blower line at the refinery.
The refinery is the biggest enterprise in Mexico and Latin America and the highest fiscal contributor to the country. It is one of the few oil companies in the world that develops all the productive chain of the industry, upstream, downstream and final product commercialization.
A second set of expansion joint assemblies 4" to 10" diameter externally pressurized expansion joints as well as several fabric and rubber expansion joints 8"- 30" diameter were also provided to support the refinery's recent turnaround.
