Southeastern based Evans Tool & Die, Inc. (“the Company”) announced today that the ownership of the Company has changed and that the Company is now an official certified woman-owned business. Since 2011, the Company has been led by Chief Executive Officer Ms. Deanne D. Barnes, who is the grand-daughter of the Company’s founder.
