Eriez 5-Star Service Brochure is Now Available
Erie, PA – Eriez® announces the availability of a brochure that offers an overview of its 5-Star Service® Program and its 5-Star Service Center, which has recently been expanded and moved to the company’s Erie, PA Wager Road facility. The four-page brochure explains that whether it’s an emergency service call or a complete rebuild, Eriez 5-Star Service will have customers operating at original equipment standards. The Eriez rebuild program provides complete diagnostics, tear-down, inspection, updated electronics and assemblies, testing and “as new” warranties on all remanufactured equipment.
The relocated Eriez 5-Star Service Center is completely equipped to remanufacture even the most complex systems. The fully staffed service center employs trained technicians, and the machining, fabricating and welding capabilities necessary to rebuild all Eriez equipment as well as competitor models.
According to the brochure, Eriez 5-Star Service also includes onsite testing and repair, offering a solution for situations in which sending equipment to the Erie 5-Star Service Center is not a convenient option. Regardless if equipment is repaired in the field or at the Service Center, all work is done with original Eriez parts, components and assemblies.
Typical equipment rebuilt through Eriez’ 5-Star Service includes vibratory feeders, drum magnet separators, wet drum separators and suspended electromagnets. The brochure lists details of rebuild procedures for each piece of equipment.
