Envirosystems Acquires Victoria Treatment Facility from Tervita Corporation


DARTMOUTH, NS, June 20, 2016 - Envirosystems Inc. ("Envirosystems") announced today that it has acquired the Victoria Treatment Facility ("Facility") located in Victoria, British Columbia from Tervita Corporation ("Tervita"). The Facility handles multiple waste streams generated by shipyards, cruise ships, freighters, tankers and other marine vessels. The Facility is also supported by a field services operation that collects and manages household hazardous waste materials and performs lab-packing work for a variety of commercial and government customers on Vancouver Island.
