Enhanced Hyde IBS Website Provides New Product Quotation Tools and Information for Customers
SOUTHBRIDGE, Mass., February 23, 2012 - Hyde IBS announced today that the company has added two new features to its website to better serve its customers. A new request for quote online form and 'News & Press Releases' section allows users to immediately request pricing on blades and access a wealth of information.
"In an effort to continue to provide quality customer service, we felt it was important to add functions to the website that would allow our customers to easily find information about Hyde IBS products and submit their requests," said Eric Pfeiffer, Director of Marketing at Hyde IBS.
The new, easy online request for quote forms, which are located in the "Quotations" section of the website, allow customers to quickly submit information for any Hyde IBS industrial blade product - circular, straight or custom. The online forms, which are similar to the downloadable Adobe® pdfs, ask for specific dimensions such as outside diameter, thickness, edge bevel, bevel width and edge thickness. Additionally, this function provides customers with the ability to attach or upload pictures or documents to accompany the quote request.
Under the "Resource Center" tab, Hyde IBS has also added a 'News & Press Releases' section. This provides customers with new product and organizational announcements. Links to older announcements can be found by searching the 'Archived News' tab within this section.
