Tampa, FLÂ – Employee Owned Holdings, Inc. (EOHI) acquired 100% ownership of Gulf Controls Company, LLC (GCC) headquartered in Tampa, FL. Gulf Controls Company is a factory-authorized distributor of pneumatic, hydraulic and electro-mechanical motion control products by some of the world's top manufacturers. The acquisition of Gulf Controls Company includes the Action Hydraulics Division, which performs quality service and repairs for the Florida and southern Georgia region. Gulf Controls Company will continue to operate as before but as a subsidiary of EOHI. Currently, GCC serves Florida, Southeast Georgia
and Puerto Rico.
The acquisition of GCC diversifies EOHI’s presence into new markets and product lines as GCC stocks more than 12,000 different items for immediate shipment. GCC is heavily focused in many key industries, with an expansive hydraulic, pneumatic and motion control/automation product line.
