Electro-Matic Names Richard Laramee as President and COO
FARMINGTON HILLS, MI—Electro-Matic Products, Inc. today announces the appointment of Richard S. Laramee as President and Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Laramee will be responsible for Electro-Matic’s innovative technology strategies and will lead the company’s Automation Distribution, Connectivity, Visual Products and Special Products Business Units. Mr. Laramee will report to Electro-Matic’s Board of Directors consisting of Mr. James C. Baker who continues his role as CEO and Board of Directors Chair along with Mr. Tom Moore and Mr. Ray Persia.
With this appointment, the Board of Directors hopes to demonstrate to the participants in the Electro-Matic Products, Inc. Stock Ownership Program, and its' Customers and Vendors, their dedication to ongoing investment in the growth and development of the Company.

Mr. Laramee brings more than 20 years of experience in our industry to Electro-Matic. Aſter graduating with a B.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from GMI Engineering and Management Institute in 1989, Rich began his career at General Motors Service Parts Operation. In the fall of 1997, aſter spending 8 years in various roles within General Motors, he joined Electro-Matic in a Prod- uct Manager role. Rich has held his previous position of Vice President, General Manager of Distribution since 2008.
