Electri-Flex Company Donates PPE to Local Emergency Management Organizations
ELECTRI-FLEX COMPANY, Roselle, IL, has made nearly 30 donations providing critical Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), food, and supplies purchased to help local Chicago-area organizations distribute during the COVID-19 crisis.
Since this crisis began in March, Electri-Flex began purchasing PPE, such as goggles, N95 face masks, non-latex gloves, shoe coverings, protective suits, and food, and donating them to the DuPage County Sheriff’s Office “It Takes a Village” campaign and the DuPage County Office of Emergency Management (DCOEM). These donations, weighing more than 1,000 pounds total, have been distributed to locations and families most in need.
“In these unprecedented times of financial hardship and uncertainty during this pandemic, Electri-Flex Company and the Kinander Family are happy to do their part to assist,” said Jason Kinander, CEO. “Doing nothing is never an option.”
