Eclipse, Inc., the leader in innovative thermal solutions for industry, is pleased to announce changes in its management leadership.
Effective immediately, Harry Steltmann will assume the role of Vice Chairman of Eclipse, Inc. Steltmann takes this role after seventeen years of successful management leadership at the company, serving most recently as President and Chief Operating Officer (COO). Steltmann will work closely with Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Douglas Perks.
Lachlan Perks has been named the new President and COO of Eclipse, Inc. With global leadership responsibility, Lach Perks has over twenty-five years of service with the organization with various leadership roles, including Engineering, Marketing, and most recently as Sr. Vice President and General Manager of Americas and Asia. Perks has extensive experience in the Industry as well as global operations and sales management. Perks serves on the Board of Directors of Industrial Heating Equipment Association (IHEA) and National Cutting Horse Association (NCHA).
These changes continue Eclipse, Inc.'s focus of providing the best products, application expertise and service to the industrial combustion market around the world.
