EBARA Sponsors Fab Owners Association (FOA) Evening Social and Hosts Headquarters Tour
Sacramento, California - February 22, 2012. EBARA Technologies, Inc., a leading manufacturer in the semiconductor industry for dry pumps, vacuum components and services is proud to announce two successful events with the FOA.
As new members of the Fab Owners Association (FOA), EBARA sponsored an FOA evening social and gave them a complete facility tour. The Fab Owners Association (FOA) is comprised of semiconductor and MEMS manufacturers as well as industry suppliers. Founded in 2004, the FOA provides a forum for semiconductor manufacturing executives who meet to discuss and act on common manufacturing issues.
The evening social on February 8th at the Thunder Valley Casino Resort in Lincoln, CA included members of both EBARA Technologies and FOA, along with Telefunken, ILS Technology, Net Mercury, Novellus Systems, OEM Group, Plasma-Therm, and many other well-known semiconductor industry leaders. The event was complete with drinks, a buffet dinner, and a comedian. On February 10, EBARA gave an exclusive and in-depth facility tour of the Sacramento Headquarters to members of the FOA.
