Eaton Recognized with "Partner of Choice Award" from David Weekley Home

PITTSBURGH ... Diversified industrial manufacturer Eaton Corporation recently was recognized with the prestigious "Partner of Choice Award" from David Weekley Homes for providing world-class quality and service. Eaton was only one of nine companies to attain the coveted "A, A" rating in quality and service.

The "Partner of Choice Award" is based on Weekley's National Trading Partner Survey, in which approximately 150 suppliers are rated on quality and service. David Weekley Homes administers the quarterly survey to approximately 1,000 team members each year. All levels of the organization participate, from executives through field and administrative team members.

"The primary purpose of the survey is to promote channel alignment," said Bill Justus, vice president of supply chain services, David Weekley Homes. "We want to align ourselves with companies that take an active role in managing the total supply chain to deliver superior quality and service to David Weekley Homes' team members. Eaton has demonstrated through action that they are among our best trading partners."

"Service and quality are very important to Eaton, and to be recognized by a customer like David Weekley Homes is very gratifying," said Dave Tallman, vice president and general manager - residential product division. "To be one of only nine suppliers out of 150 to maintain an 'A' average in both quality and service for the entire year speaks to the hard work and dedication of Eaton employees and our partners."

Eaton supplies Cutler-Hammer® residential electrical distribution products to David Weekley Homes including loadcenters, circuit breakers, air conditioner disconnects, single meter sockets and in some areas, meter breakers and surge panels.
