Earthrise Nutritionals Commissions PCS Dryer; Holds Grand Opening of New Facility

Payson, Arizona - Pulse Combustion Systems (PCS) announced today that its customer Earthrise Nutritionals LLC has commissioned a PCS Model P-1 Production Dryer purchased from PCS, and showcased the dryer as part of Earthrise's grand opening ceremony on July 31. The PCS Dryer was used as a backdrop for the photo of the attendees, and the dryer can be seen in the attached blog post of the Algae Biomass Organization.

"We are very pleased to supply one of our dryers to Earthrise," said James Rehkopf, President of Pulse Combustion Systems. "Our pulse dryers make a demonstrably better powder from algal products, and we are excited to begin a relationship with Earthrise, and with its parent company, DIC, formerly Dai Nippon Inks and Chemicals."

"I was honored to be able to attend the grand opening and to visit with Earthrise managers and see the skillful way that they installed our dryer," continued Rehkopf. "We look forward to providing engineering support to Earthrise, and to growing with them as they expand their Linablue® product line."

The dryer at Earthrise was formerly installed at PCS's Payson, Arizona plant as a production tolling dryer, and was disassembled and shipped to Earthrise's Calipatria plant by PCS. PCS then installed a new production tolling dryer in its Payson plant.
