E-Tech, Inc. Acquires Intellectual Property of Kentube Engineered Products
Broken Arrow, OK – June 26, 2018 – E-Tech, Inc. announced that it has acquired all the intellectual property as well as the cylindrical manufacturing equipment of Kentube Engineered Products (formerly a division of Fintube LLC). The transaction provides ownership and access to all of the engineering and design documentation of a vast install base of heat recovery products over the nearly 60 years of Kentube’s operation. This equipment is located in municipalities, universities, hospitals, refineries, chemical, pharmaceutical, pulp and paper plants. E-Tech’s founder was the chief engineer of Kentube in the mid-70’s. The foundation of Kentube’s engineering has been the engineering that E-Tech has led the industry with for the last 40 years.
