Dymax Light-Curable Adhesives Formulated with Encompass(TM) Technology to be Showcased at MD&M East
Torrington, Connecticut – Dymax Corporation, a leading supplier of adhesives to the disposable medical device industry, will exhibit in Booth #839 at MDM East, scheduled to take place June 14-16, 2016 at the Jacob Javits Center in New York. Their newest products and technologies – including solvent free, USP Class VI, and ISO 10993 biocompatible light-curable adhesives formulated with new Encompass™ technology – will be featured.
In addition, a knowledge team of Dymax professionals will demonstrate some of their newest products and technologies including LED-optimized catheter adhesives 215-CTH-SV01-UR-SC (1200 cp) and 215-CTH-LV-UR-SC (450 cp), for rapid bonding of a variety of substrates including Nylon 12 and PEBA. Formulated with new Encompass™ technology, 215-CTH Series products provide secure bonds with the added benefits of easy cure confirmation and post-cure bond-line inspection. Dymax will also showcase adhesive solutions for difficult-to bond polymers (MD® 1072-M), and adhesives with the company’s patented See-Cure color-change and Ultra-Red™ fluorescing technologies, like the 1405M-T-UR-SC, for needle bonding and blood transfer devices.
Visitors to the booth will also see the BlueWave® LED Flood and LED Prime UVA high-intensity spot-curing systems. The BlueWave® QX4™ high-intensity spot-curing system, featuring all the benefits of LED-curing technology in a smaller and more versatile unit, will also be presented.
