DSTI Named to Star Tribune's Top Workplaces 2013

MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. – DSTI today announced it has been named one of the Star Tribune's 2013 Top Workplaces in Minnesota.

“I would like to thank the employees who felt passionate enough and confident in the leadership of DSTI to take the time and effort to nominate us for this great award,” said DSTI President Jeff Meister.

Top Workplaces recognizes the most progressive companies in Minnesota based on employee opinions about organizational health, job expectations and employee engagement. The analysis included responses from over 64,300 employees at Minnesota public, private and nonprofit organizations.

“DSTI has made a strong effort to build a culture where we can work hard, have fun and take tremendous pride in the quality products we produce,” commented DSTI General Manager Pat Pastoors.

“It is extremely gratifying as a company to see the positive results of those efforts by being named a Top Workplace by our employees.”

The Star Tribune Top Workplaces was published in the Star Tribune on Sunday, June 16.

“The companies in the Star Tribune Top Workplaces deserve high praise for creating the very best work environments in the state of Minnesota. My congratulations to each of these exceptional companies,” said Star Tribune Publisher Michael J. Klingensmith.
