Dosatron International Announces Vincennes University-Wallover Partnership
Dosatron Donates the D14MZ10 Coolant Injector to University Program
CLEARWATER, Fla - Dosatron International, Inc. this month has partnered with the Hess Technical Education Center at Vincennes University (http://www.vuhtec.org) in Vincennes, Indiana by donating their D14MZ10 unit for use in the university's new technical training facility. The D14MZ10 solution was completed with a 14GPM Industrial Plumbing Kit and a gas nozzle fill hose assembly to be used in the teaching lab. This coolant injection system will be utilized in the commission of premixing coolant being introduced into machine cells.
"I am excited to be able to set up our coolant management system in compliance with 5-S standards and keep everything efficient, tidy, and accurate. With our partnership with Wallover, which is the best coolant that I have found, and with our new partnership with Dosatron, I feel that this will round out that aspect of our CNC lab, and our training," said HTEC Director, Doug Bowman, and adds. "...the Dosatron unit provides a very 'clean and lean' system for maintaining the proper concentrations in our Wallover water-based metalworking fluids. The D14MZ10 features an injection range of 1:100 to 1:10, or 1% to 10%. All D14 series models are manufactured from chemical-resistant polypropylene and feature a metal-free piston, which makes it well-suited to the injection of caustic chemicals or chemicals that can erode metal parts. The D14MZ10, like all Dosatron injectors, is also backed by Dosatron International's world-class customer service.
