Don Furmanski Named Division Vice President and Business Unit Manager for AMETEK PDS

HARLEYSVILLE, PA – AMETEK PDS is pleased to announce that Don Furmanski has been named Division Vice President and Business Unit Manager of AMETEK PDS, replacing Keith Reazin, who was promoted to Vice President and General Manager of AMETEK Instrumentation and Specialty Controls Division.

In his new role, Furmanski oversees the entire PDS business unit, including the Binghamton, NY; Wichita, KS; and Harleysville, PA locations as well as manufacturing operations in Reynosa, MX and engineering in Bangalore, IN.

Furmanski has more than 28 years of experience with AMETEK PDS, including most recently as Vice President, Sales & Programs. After joining AMETEK in 1990 as a Project Engineer he has taken on progressively more responsible positions, including roles in engineering, sales, project and product management.

Prior to AMETEK, Furmanski held engineering roles at Fraser Optics and American Electronics Labs, after securing a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Penn State University.
