Dimension Data to Address Contact Center Trends at Upcoming ACCE Conference


Contact Center Expert, Grant Sainsbury, Will Present Results of Annual Benchmark Study

NEW YORK, Sept. 6 -- Dimension Data, a $3.1 billion leading IT solutions and services provider, today announced that Practice Director Grant Sainsbury will present at the International Customer Management Institute's (ICMI) Annual Call Center Exhibition (ACCE) conference. The conference will take place Sept. 10-13, 2007, at the San Diego State Convention Center in San Diego, Calif.

On Tuesday, Sept. 11, 2007, from 4:15 to 5:30 p.m., Sainsbury will lead a conference session titled, "Pressure Rising? Benchmark Study Takes the Pulse of Call Centers Worldwide." His presentation will focus on the growing pressures faced by today's contact centers, including rising customer service expectations, performance targets and delivery expectations -- all within constrained budgets. He will examine key findings and industry trends from the Global Contact Center Benchmarking Report, Dimension Data's industry- renowned study of hundreds of contact centers worldwide. This session will also offer proven strategies that allow attendees to capitalize on these trends and set them apart from the competition.

Grant Sainsbury is practice director for Dimension Data North America's Customer Interactive Solutions practice and has more than 12 years experience in the contact center industry. He is an expert on contact center design and deployment and has worked with a number of vendor solutions in different global geographies. In his current role, his responsibilities include the design, deployment and support of contact center solutions.
