WHEELING, ILÂ – Precision Zone, Inc and Alfa-Inc today announced that they have entered into a definitive agreement under which Precision Zone, Inc. will acquire Alfa-Inc. Alfa-Inc is a Wheeling, IL based industrial equipment services company specializing in sales of new and refurbished equipment widely used in industrial applications. Founded in 2010, Alfa-Inc has seen a dramatic growth of its loyal customer base throughout industries and geographical regions.
