Despatch Industries Expands Popular PTC Top-Loading Oven Line for Petroleum Industry

For this new model, Despatch increased the width and depth of the standard twelve foot long PTC chamber and added a gas cylinder door lift assist option. The PTC line of ovens is most commonly used in the petroleum industry to perform burn-in and qualification testing of down-hole electronic logging equipment.

"The gas cylinder door assist option replaces three separate manual lift doors with one easy-to-open door, and allows for simple, streamlined loading into the oven. The PTC line of ovens is available in a variety of sizes and temperature configurations. In addition to top-loading, Despatch also offers front-loading, non-magnetic and non-metallic models. PTC ovens feature horizontal airflow with adjustable louvers to assure uniform airflow even with varying load conditions. These ovens come with standard removable end caps to allow units to be connected end-to-end to accommodate larger and longer parts.
