DENSO Announces Changes of Personnel and Executive Responsibility
KARIYA, Japan. (Apr. 5 2021) – At a meeting of the Board of Directors held on April 5, 2021, DENSO a leading mobility supplier, decided to nominate new Members of the Board as of the date of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in 2021. It will formally come into effect at the aforementioned 2021 shareholders’ meeting and the subsequent meeting of the Board of Directors.
DENSO has been formulating and implementing growth strategies in the areas of "Environment" and "Peace" and promoting "Reborn 21", an internal plan to simultaneously promote "transition to a leaner and more robust corporate structure" to respond flexibly to changes in business environment since last year. To achieve this, DENSO is appointing the CCRO, who oversees the entire activities, and the CFO and CHRO as Members of the Board. The CFO and CHRO are responsible for “Management Strategy and Finance” and “Human Resouces and Corporate Culture Reform,” which are the foundation for transformation.
