Deceuninck North America Partners with Vandermeer Forest Products, Inc. to Offer Clubhouse® PVC Decking to its Customers in the Pacific Northwest

Clubhouse's Performance Attributes and Aesthetics Lend Themselves to this Region

MONROE, Ohio – Deceuninck North America, a leading designer and manufacturer of high-quality systems for windows, doors and outdoor living, is pleased to partner with Vandermeer Forest Products, Inc., a regional distributor of high-quality building products in the Pacific Northwest. Deceuninck will work with Vandermeer to offer Clubhouse® PVC Decking to its customers in western Montana, Washington, northern Idaho, Oregon, Alaska and Hawaii. Vandermeer is based in Lynnwood, Wash. with locations in Spokane Valley, Kent and Marysville.

"Vandermeer Forest Products, Inc. is a well-established two-step distributor servicing a region that lends itself exceptionally well to the performance attributes that Clubhouse has to offer," said Filip Geeraert, president and CEO of Deceuninck North America. "Clubhouse requires virtually no maintenance and its natural aesthetics are perfect for customers in the Pacific Northwest. We are pleased to partner with Vandermeer, and are confident that Clubhouse will add a lot to this market area."

"We were impressed with Deceuninck in terms of its history as a company and quality in terms of engineering, R&D and customer service," said Burch Baylor, vice president of Vandermeer Forest Products, Inc.  "In the areas that we serve including Alaska, Hawaii and the Northwest, Clubhouse will be able to stand up to the extreme weather conditions that these climates bring.  The two-sided deck boards are also very accommodating to dealers bringing them into their yards, as they are able to offer more colors choices with less SKUs."

Deceuninck North America's Clubhouse Decking is 100-percent PVC and contains no wood or wood fillers.  It is formulated to be up to 25 percent lighter than most wood and composites, and its dense cell structure offers superior strength and solid underfoot feel with Deceuninck's Korelite™ technology.  Korelite also helps to keep moisture out and helps reduce the opportunity for degradation from mold, mildew, freezing and thawing.  SunShield® technology helps protect Clubhouse from the harsh effects of the sun, including UV resistance and fade protection, resistance to cracking and brittleness, and surface degradation. Clubhouse Decking does not require painting or staining.  It features a limited lifetime warranty with 25-year fade and stain protection backed by Deceuninck.

Clubhouse Deck achieved code compliance with the International Building Code (IBC) and International Residential Code (IRC) for structural and product performance.
