Dean Evans & Associates Continues to Increase Market Share in the Room Scheduling and Event Management Software Space

DENVER, CO - Dean Evans & Associates, Inc. (www.dea.com) is pleased to announce that the third quarter - ending Sept. 30 - was a continuation of the company's success in revenue generation, customer satisfaction and partnership growth.

Revenue was up approximately 30 percent over the same period in 2009 - the fourth straight quarter DEA has outpaced its past performance.

Forty organizations adopted EMS scheduling solutions in the third quarter while 96 percent of DEA's existing customers renewed their annual service agreement (ASA).

"We had significant wins across all the industries we serve including education, business, legal, government, healthcare and more," said Kevin Raasch, vice president of DEA. "These organizations are planning for the future by investing in EMS to maximize their facilities' use and their staffs' time."

By the end of the third quarter, 2010 sales of EMS Campus surpassed previous years' total sales of this line of academic scheduling and event management software.

DEA also continued to build partnerships with businesses that can further EMS customers' goals, including companies that offer people counting devices, which integrate with EMS Attendance Tracker.

The third quarter was capped off by the annual EMS Users Conference, which hosted more than 250 customers Sept. 18-22 in Denver, Colo. EMS users from higher education, healthcare, nonprofits, K-12, corporations and government organizations networked with one another and attended educational sessions presented by DEA staff and their peers.

DEA entered the fourth quarter with significant momentum and expects to finish out the year with record overall sales as EMS' customer base continues to expand.
