DE-STA-CO Names New President of the Workholding Products Group
Madison Heights, Michigan, August 31, 2006 - DE-STA-CO recently announced the appointment of Kel Landers to the position of President of the Workholding Products Group, effective August 11, 2006.
"Mr. Landers brings a wealth of invaluable experience to this position, including serving as the vice president of sales and marketing for the Industrial Products Group at DE-STA-CO since 1999," said Pat Carroll, president of DE-STA-CO. "Mr. Landers' assignment to the role of president reinforces our commitment to exceeding customer expectations and continuing to bring innovative products and technology to the marketplace."
In this new role at DE-STA-CO, Mr. Landers will focus on driving global product standardization across the DESTA-CO workholding product category, while working closely with fellow Team members in emerging economies to ensure that DE-STA-CO meets the needs of growing markets. Mr. Landers will continue his existing duties with regard to leading the North American Industrial Automation Sales Group, corporate marketing and Industrial Product Operations in Birmingham and Madison Heights, and will now oversee operations in Brazil and sales in South America for all DE-STA-CO products.
