DE-STA-CO Names New Marketing Communications Manager
Auburn Hills, Michigan, July 26, 2007 - DE-STA-CO is pleased to announce the appointment of Pamela Okopny to the position of Marketing Communications Manager.
"Pamela brings over seven years of diverse marketing communications experience to DE-STA-CO," said John Bubnikovich, Director of Marketing. "Her exceptional leadership ability coupled with her familiarity with product promotion, graphic design, trade show and exhibits management and coop program management make her an ideal addition to our team."
In her new role, Ms. Okopny will be responsible for many aspects of DE-STA-CO's marketing activities, including corporate trade shows, channel partner coop programs, lead management and data analytics.
Prior to joining DE-STA-CO, Ms. Okopny was employed as the Director of Marketing for General Sports & Entertainment/General Sports Venue (GSE/GSV) of Rochester, Michigan. During her tenure, Ms. Okopny was responsible for the coordination of media support, corporate branding and overall direction of GSV Marketing initiatives. Additionally, her marketing team was honored with 5 ADDY Awards for their innovative work on the re-launch of the iconic AstroTurf brand.
