Truly Versatile Monitoring:
Series 3 dataTaker data loggers feature universal input channels that can be used with a wide range of input signal types to record: Temperature, Voltage, Current, 4-20mA Loops, Resistance, Bridges, Strain Gauges, Frequency, Digital, Serial and Calculated Measurements. These data loggers also offer powerful alarm and programming capabilities allowing them to process measurements and initiate actions on their own.
DataTaker systems can be used for local data acquisition and logging when connected to a PC; for remote unattended data collection connected to a centralized computer via modem or the internet; or as a stand-alone device.
Versatile Communications Suite:
Connect locally, remotely or over the Internet. Communications features for dataTaker dataloggers include RS232 with modem support along with Ethernet and USB memory stick ports. The web interface allows users to configure the dataTaker datalogger, access logged data and see current measurements as mimics or in a list using a web browser. FTP provides data to your office over the internet or mobile phone network, without the need for polling or specific host software.
Software:
DataTaker is also releasing a compatible version of dEX (version 1.72). This version of dEX supports DT8x Series 2 and later dataTakers, with a paid upgrade service available for DT8x Series 1 loggers.
*dEX Tablet applications are only compatible with 9.16 and above firmware versions. Android Application is optimized for Tablets running Jelly Bean 4.1 and above with screen sizes of 8-inch or above.
*iPAD Application Requires iOS 5.1.1 or later, and is optimized for iPAD Air 2.
