York Haven, PA – September 25, 2018 – Daisy Data Displays, a leading manufacturer of industrial and rugged computer solutions, is positioning itself for next phase of growth for the company by growing its sales department and promoting new leadership.

Daisy is focused on expanding its presence in key markets. Mike Hadaway will spearhead this effort and thus, has been promoted to Executive Vice President. Hadaway’s expanded role includes spearheading the expansion of the sales team. The announcement was made by David Shefet, President of Daisy Data Displays.

“Mike’s innovative thinking and vision will undoubtedly enhance Daisy’s role as a leader in industrial computing solutions. He thrived at Daisy because of his go-getter attitude and shared values in manufacturing reliable, durable products that elevate the customer experience. He has and continues to be an asset to Daisy,” explains Shefet.

Hadaway will focus on strategic sales growth and product development with the goal of serving more customers across the core industries: oil and gas, food, pharmaceutical, chemical, manufacturing and military.

Under Hadaway’s continued direction, the primary sales team will have three full time staff with additional professionals working across departments. Karyn Rapsey reprises her role as Inside Sales Coordinator at Daisy. Rapsey will work with regional sales representatives and regional sales directors to manage the sales process internally; providing customers with unparalleled customer service. Rapsey will continue to work closely with the Regional Sales Directors, Jack Kacala and new hire Kenny Nania.

Kenny Nania joins Daisy as Eastern Regional Sales Manager. Nania has over 25 years of sales experience, 10 of which were focused on industrial computer part sales. As Regional Sales Director, Nania will work with customers east of the Mississippi, while Jack Kacala continues to focus on new business west of the Mississippi as Western Regional Sales Director.

“By growing our sales team, we’re able to expand our presence in the industries we’ve been working with for more than 35 years. Our sales team will have a more focused approach to engage customers throughout the US, while engineering is enthusiastic about new products in development” explains Mike Hadaway, newly appointed Executive Vice President at Daisy.

Hadaway first joined Daisy in the engineering department with a degree in mechanical engineering. With his extensive knowledge and experience designing industrial computers, Hadaway transitioned to the applications sales engineer position in the sales team; a position where he could marry his engineering expertise with interest in strengthening the customer experience. In this role, Hadaway worked directly with customers to identify and/or design the best industrial computer for their work application. During this time, Hadaway completed his MBA, which helped position him for his most recent role as General Manager.
