CyberTech Strengthens Position in European Financial Markets with Majority Stake in Activa


AMSTERDAM, September 6 -- CyberTech International, one of the fastest growing technology companies in the voice recording and quality management markets, acquired a majority share in its UK distributor Activa Solutions on August 17, 2007.
This acquisition gives CyberTech access to Activa's highly experienced technical and sales teams and will strengthen its position in the global financial market.

Activa Solutions has been marketing and supporting the CyberTech range of call recording systems for the past three years and has achieved major success with some of the world's largest financial institutions. The acquisition will not impact upon the existing client relationships that Activa has developed or the high level of technical support provided. Activa's management team and other personnel will carry on 'business as usual' and Activa Solutions will be renamed CyberTech UK within the next twelve months. Activa's Managing Director, Paul Manyweathers, who will continue in this role, stated: "Activa Solutions has grown into one of the UK's most respected suppliers of call recording solutions. Together, with CyberTech, we will now have the product range, expertise, resources and financial strength to become one of the strongest players in the market."
