Cyberlux Enters into Strategic OEM Partnership with Leading Retail Product Company


RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, N.C., Jan. 30 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Today, Cyberlux Corporation announces that the Company has entered into an OEM solid- state lighting product partnership with a leading retail products company. Under the terms of the agreement, Cyberlux will sell its existing products as well as exclusively develop and produce new solid-state lighting products for broad retail store distribution.

The Cyberlux OEM retail partner, a global retail industry leader, has stocking distribution centers across the United States, has distribution in over 20,000 retail customer locations, fields a dedicated sales and service team supporting retail, and has sales distribution in over 50 countries worldwide. Due to the competitive nature of the retail channel, Cyberlux has agreed to leave the identity of the retail product company undisclosed until the first wave of products are fully launched in the retail channel beginning in the second quarter of 2006.
