Cordasco named President of Compass Technologies

Jerry Cordasco has been appointed President and General Manager of Compass Technologies, Inc., Exton, PA.
Mr. Cordasco joined Compass Technologies in 2002 after more than 25 years service in access control and security management. Before joining Compass he was Vice President of Business Development for General Electric's InfoGraphic Systems, Inc. Prior to InfoGraphic Systems, he was National Director of Security System Sales for Siemens. While with Siemens he managed system installation and commissioning of the company's life safety system.
Mr. Cordasco has authored many technical papers on security management and has lectured on the subject of engineering safety and security at many technical seminars and professional society meetings.
He is a principal representative on NFPA's Premises Security Committee, a member of the SIA Access Control Advisory Counsel and the Homeland Security Counsel.
