Cope Plastics Hires John Thiel, Director of Sales - Engineered Plastics
Cope Plastics, Inc. - Alton, IL, has hired John Thiel for the position of Director of Sales - Engineered Plastics. John has a wealth of knowledge and success with performance based plastics and will help Cope continue to diversify their customer base and portfolio of business.
John joins Cope Plastics from All-State Industries where he served as Vice President- Development for the Engineered Plastic Division, a division that he started from scratch and grew into a successful and profitable division for All-State.
Prior to joining All-State, John started his plastics career with Cope Plastics as an outside sales representative for the Little Rock branch. John was a Territory Manager for Quadrant (formerly known as DSM) and has been working as a mechanical product specialist ever since, always having a heavy emphasis on application and new market development.
John’s had a very successful tenure building All-State’s brand and his knowledge and experience with be beneficial in helping grow Cope’s fabrication footprint.
