Content Experts Discuss How the Right Content Architecture Eases Your CMS Implementation

AUDUBON, PA - September 21, 2010 - Lisa Bos and Eliot Kimber from Really Strategies will take the stage at the RSuite User Conference on Wednesday, October 20, 2010 at the Hub Cira Centre in Philadelphia to discuss how the right content architecture eases your content management system (CMS) implementation. Content architecture - DTDs, schemas, metadata, and underlying design principles - has an enormous impact on CMS implementation. The right architecture enables elegant implementation and straightforward system design. The wrong architecture makes everything harder. In this session, Lisa Bos, CTO and co-founder of Really Strategies, and Eliot Kimber, client solutions architect at Really Strategies, will discuss what you should consider when designing your content architecture, and how those choices can positively affect your organization's success through leveraging pre-existing software components, improving CMS usability, and making CMS enhancements easier to implement. Mark-up has come a long way since SGML and they will explain how DITA is a culmination of many mark-up experiences. They will also present DITA4Publishers, an open-source, community project to enable the quick and productive use of DITA by Publishers.
